Wherever feels right. If you're drawn to heat, start with Fire. If bodywork sounds like what you need, start with Earth. If you're not sure, get in touch — Hilary will chat through where you are and suggest a starting point. There's no wrong door in.
Not at all. Every session is adapted to you — your body, your experience level, your comfort. There's nothing to perform or achieve. You just need to show up.
Right now, the best way is through the enquiry form on our Contact page. Let Hilary know what you're interested in, and she'll come back to you to arrange a time, place, and session that works.
Pricing depends on the type of session, duration, and setting. Get in touch through the enquiry form and Hilary will walk you through the options. [HILARY TO ADD: Specific pricing when ready, or a starting-from price, e.g. 'Sessions start from £X']
Sauna & Cold Water (Fire & Water)
Yes — when guided properly. Hilary is trained in cold water facilitation and every session is paced to your comfort. You're always in control, and we never push beyond what feels safe. If you have any health conditions, let us know when you enquire and we'll advise.
It varies by season and setting. Loch water temperatures range from around 4°C in winter to 15°C in summer. The point isn't to endure extreme cold — it's to find the point where your nervous system responds. Even brief immersion can be profoundly effective.
There's no target. Some people stay in for thirty seconds, others for several minutes. Your body sets the pace. The duration matters far less than the quality of the experience.
Swimwear, a towel, and a water bottle. We provide everything else. Wear something comfortable for the rest periods between rounds. And come hydrated — you'll sweat.
We work with carefully selected venues around the Loch Lomond area. Specific locations are shared when you enquire, as availability varies. All partner venues have proper facilities for the full heat-and-cold experience.
Absolutely — that's contrast therapy, and it's one of the most powerful things we offer. A typical Fire & Water session runs 90–120 minutes and includes cycles of heat, cold, and rest, finishing with herbal tea. It's the combination that creates the deepest reset.
Bodywork & Breathwork (Earth & Air)
Hilary is trained in craniosacral therapy and Swedish massage, among other modalities. [HILARY TO ADD: List any other qualifications.] Sessions blend techniques based on what your body needs that day — it's responsive, not one-size-fits-all.
Hilary guides you through structured breathing patterns — some energising, some deeply calming. Sessions last 45–60 minutes. You don't need any experience. Some people feel deep calm, others experience emotional release or a sudden lightness. The common thread is: you arrive in one state and leave in another.
Yes — Earth and Air sessions are designed for this. Hilary comes to you with everything needed. All you need is a warm, comfortable space. Home sessions work beautifully for people who don't want to travel or prefer total privacy.
Yes. Group Air sessions create something special — a shared stillness that's harder to find on your own. These can be arranged at a private venue, in the workplace, or at a partner location. Get in touch to discuss what would work for your group.
Corporate & Group Sessions
It depends on what your team needs. On-site breathwork is the most popular option — Hilary comes to your workplace and guides a 45–60 minute session that's accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. For something more immersive, we can arrange a team day at a partner venue including sauna and cold water. These aren't wellness webinars — they're real, physiological experiences that make a measurable difference.
Group breathwork works well with 5–20 people. Sauna and cold water sessions at partner venues are typically smaller groups of 4–8, depending on the venue. Larger teams can be accommodated across multiple sessions. Get in touch and we'll work out the best format.
Yes. One-off sessions are great for introducing the practice, but the real benefit comes with regularity. Hilary can design a weekly or monthly programme for your team. [HILARY TO ADD: Any specific corporate packages or pricing]
Practical Information

For sauna and cold water: swimwear. For bodywork: you'll be draped comfortably, so wear whatever you like to arrive in. For breathwork: comfortable clothes you can sit and breathe freely in.
Yes — please mention any health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or medications when you get in touch. This helps Hilary tailor the session to you and ensure everything is safe. Some conditions may require a GP's clearance before cold water immersion.
[HILARY TO ADD: Cancellation policy — e.g., '24 hours notice required for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.']
Gift vouchers are coming soon. In the meantime, get in touch if you'd like to arrange a session as a gift — Hilary can help set something up. [HILARY TO ADD: Update when gift vouchers are live]
